Inventory Coordinator

Monticello, KY - Full Time

Position Summary 

Performs daily pick-and-pull for outbound orders, runs cycle counts, audits inventory, and manages reorder of packaging materials and consumables. The detail-anchor of the fulfillment function. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Pick and pull finished goods against outbound orders accurately 

  • Conduct daily cycle counts and weekly full audits of finished goods and bulk inventory 

  • Reconcile physical counts to system records; investigate variances immediately 

  • Maintain par levels for packaging materials, lab supplies, and consumables; place reorders 

  • Receive inbound shipments; verify against POs; put away in proper locations 

  • Maintain organized, labeled storage in the vault and warehouse 

  • Generate inventory reports as requested 

Required Qualifications 

  • 1+ year warehouse, inventory, or fulfillment experience 

  • Proficiency with inventory or WMS software; comfort with spreadsheets 

  • High accuracy and attention to detail 

  • Must pass Kentucky cannabis agent background check 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Cannabis inventory experience 

  • Experience with METRC or similar tracking systems 

Physical Requirements & Working Conditions 

  • Standing, walking, bending throughout shift 

  • Lift up to 50 lb 

  • Work in warehouse and vault environments
