Manager/Supervisor
Position Summary
14er is seeking an experienced and passionate Retail Manager to lead daily operations at our Boulder dispensary. This role is responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, developing a high-performing retail team, ensuring compliance with all Colorado cannabis regulations, and driving operational excellence.Retail Operations Leadership
- Oversee day-to-day dispensary operations and ensure efficient, compliant execution.
- Lead by example on the sales floor and foster an exceptional customer experience.
- Ensure opening and closing procedures are executed accurately.
- Maintain store standards related to cleanliness, organization, and merchandising.
Team Leadership & Development
- Recruit, onboard, train, coach, and develop dispensary team members.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback.
- Manage employee schedules to optimize labor efficiency.
- Build a positive, accountable, and collaborative culture.
- Support succession planning and employee growth opportunities.
Sales & Customer Experience
- Drive sales performance through leadership and coaching.
- Monitor KPIs including sales, transaction value, and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure every customer receives a personalized, educational experience.
- Partner with marketing teams to support promotions and events.
Compliance & Inventory Management
- Ensure full compliance with Colorado regulations and company policies.
- Maintain inventory controls, audits, cycle counts, and reconciliations.
- Partner with compliance teams to address discrepancies.
- Maintain required records and documentation.
Financial & Operational Performance
- Manage labor budgets and operational expenses.
- Analyze store performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Develop action plans to address performance gaps.
- Collaborate on forecasting and staffing plans.
Qualifications
Required
- Minimum 3 years of retail management experience.
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience.
- Strong understanding of inventory management and operations.
- Excellent communication and coaching skills.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must meet all Colorado requirements for employment in the cannabis industry.
Preferred
- Previous dispensary management experience.
- Familiarity with Colorado cannabis regulations and METRC.
- Experience using POS and inventory systems.
- Passion for cannabis education and customer engagement.

Compensation
Expected salary range: $55,000 - $65,000 annually, depending on experience, plus the potential for quarterly performance- based bonuses.Apply for this position
